Hate Crime in Scotland

Here is a film I have just made about the Hate Crime Bill in Scotland. It will be of interest to those Russians who see, as I do, a "Sovietising" tendency in some Western countries. It is very sad to see Scotland included in this category. But you may disagree. Watch the film and let me know what you think:
